Order Processing & Shipping Information

🕒 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.

  • Each item is carefully inspected and securely packaged to meet our quality standards.


🚚 Shipping Estimates

United States

  • Shipped via USPS or FedEx

  • Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch

International Orders

  • Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance

Delays may occur due to customs, weather, peak seasons, or global shipping disruptions. We appreciate your patience.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • You can also check your order anytime on our Track Your Order page.


❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

  • To cancel or update your address, please email us at celorah20@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Use the subject line:

    • "CANCEL MY ORDER"

    • "ADDRESS CHANGE"

⚠️ Once your order has shipped, we cannot make changes.


🚪 Delivery Attempts

  • Carriers typically attempt delivery twice.

  • If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


💥 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Please email celorah20@gmail.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the damaged item

We’ll send you a replacement free of charge as soon as possible.
